hahaa.. u mean DIY co2 with yeast ? no la..

using this as a replacement first while surveying for co2 tank

will let u know if got any improvement bcoz my tank dun hav any co2 source yet, other than the fish tongue.gif

ermm.. based on web, if co2 injection giving 10 points, this only can give 6-7 icon_rolleyes.gif

It's much more expensive to dose with excel anyway in the long run.

And not all plants accept excel well.

( HC on the other hand.. LOVES excel)

yea, shrimps are one of the sensitive to Excel ones.. whereas HC.. it's like a drug to them haha.

its just 5ml for 200L daily or the next day according to manual

for my tank i use less =)

oh ya... forget to mention, no shrimp in my tank, i am keeping tiger barb icon_rolleyes.gif

hey guys! im really new to this and was hoping to get some advice.
Ive got myself a normal sized tank and 40x20x30 cm i think lol. Previously i had like 3 clown fish (salt water) in them and now im looking to start a planted aquarium. Heading to the nearby Oceanic Aquarium in puchong this week
Ive read the guides and stuff available here too. Any additional advice? Wish me luck =)

HC is?
Btw, my plant green at top but all brown at bottom.Is it iron deficiency? and some plant got root some plant dont have root..

chuppy give me some tips in trimming stem plants?
especially mine which doesnt really grow upwards. kinda grow to the sides.

i dont know the name of the plant. but its the same plant as stanchung's tank in the recent aquafair lol. let me find the pic.
