After reading ur comment drew, I think i made a mistake....my stem plant is not dense!!!

maybe i was trying to avoid PITA work. I shall remember that. Will go thru PITA planting stem plant for my next major rescape...

My tank after 2 weeks of 1st trimming and replanting. background plants not dense at all...but all plants grow well




increased my photoperiod from 6 hours to 8 hours daily. Will start dosing potassium as soon as i get it from LFS...those near my house tarak jual....sigh

any comment for improvement that i can do for this tank?

u can feed ur shrimps with shrimp food such as JBL Novo Prawn which i currently use to feed my shrimps.
and yea. You are right. try keep and breed RCS 1st and only proceed with CRS. Dun rush things eh

i let it on 24/7....then introduce air pump when the light is off.
