Yes, this is what police told coz mine is considered civil case & they only can record my complaint in order for me to take the report to court, thanks for your advise for the following...

I did complained at their websites, then sent several emails with attachments to them, but seems being ignored for several months.....

Thanks for the information... will try to complain to Mohd Nasir Hashim too.................. great thanks...

Hi Pang,

I am another victim of the same agency. BTW, have you got the feedback from NCCC.

I have called Ivy this morning by telling her that I would like to terminate the tenancy agreement due to their fault. She keeps asking me to wait till she discuss with Chris/Jack on the issue. I give them till this Friday to transfer me the deposit. To my opinion, worst case is I lost my first month rental and will ask my tenant to collect their deposit from them.

Oh, meaning you got NCCC feedback? You havent sign the tenancy agreement is it?

I have waited months now just can't get any feedback from the NCCC, MCA and The Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia, kind of disappointed. Police also can't help... thinking to bring the police report to court...

Actually me alone has no power at all... unless i can gather as many as possible their victims and bring to court....

Hi Pang,

Not yet. I juz got the info on NCCC from your previous message in this discussion. I have juz submitted my problem this morning in NCCC web. Hope actions can be taken against those if more victims reported their case on this agency.

But, I will have to wait till this Friday before confirming to terminate the tenancy agreement. Juz hope they will sort out the thingy by this week.

You can also threaten them by saying wanna to terminate the tenancy agreement.

HI , both of the owners , i am a property agent from a company in cheras , we will have our company registered E number ... and pls take note , everytime u bump into an agent , u can ask them from which company and u can check them if they are real . u will only give a key to an agent who will write u a letter stated that u had given them a key for wat purpose and there is letter head on the letter ... and the agent name , ic , and contact. we usually do that all so that the owner wont feel like being cheated.

Yes, this agent did gave me the letter stating that they had received my key. But after they rented out the my lot, got the deposit & rental from the tenant, then no more service already, asked me go their office to sign the tenancy agreement, previous agents i appointed also they will send over the tenancy agreement for me to sign, but this agent just said i must go their site to sign. Since i need to work, not free to go, they just post me via normal post, after weeks i received the tenancy agreement, i did went their office to sign, then they even told me that they gonna charge me RM30 for don't know what fees, they already took my 1 month rental as commission, there is no other reason to charge me any other fees, but still, nevermind lar...

But then... months to wait & call them for stamped tenancy agreement, then months for calling them for the deposits, but just kept getting excuses saying that their HQ haven't pay them the money, that's all... went their office also, they said their Accounts not there, they don't know anything.....

Very obvious they are just cheating our money!!!
