It makes totaly no sense at all to sell the shop lot for 52k which fetch a good return of 2k monthly.

i think i saw this " starting bid price" 52 K .
so.. it is bidding / auction ? 52K with monthly rental of 1.8 K is consider too good to be true.. guess need to passby there and have a look on the environment / place assume that rm 1.8K * 10 months = rm 18K so rental of 3 years... you will own the shop ...  |
