Radeon HD5850 is 5% weaker than Geforce GTX470 only.

Geforce GTX465 and Geforce GTX460 is overall weaker than the Radeon HD5850.
Geforce GTX470 is just like 5-10% better than a Radeon HD5850.
I don't see a point you change to Geforce GTX460 or Geforce GTX465. It's like a downgrade. doh.gif doh.gif

i guess that is true for stock GTX460, i dont think its the same with the super OC edition.. (and have to accept the fact that it is cheaper too)

so come on ATI, reduce the price, not the 5850, reduce the price of 5870 and 5970 hahahaha

By far, I think the 5850 has such an enormous headroom for OC'ing compared to any other cards I know...can OC more than 275mhz from it's stock clock (when you have aftermarket cooler) thumbup.gif

see if there is any artifact during gameplay or benchmarking
also see the temperature is it not too high or close to the acceptable temperature advised by ATI or pro reviewer

That is why you see the price of 5830 dropping. brows.gif

You would roughly guess which is better.
