and the way ur expecting the abangs here to spoonfeed u about this, wont get u anywhere.. i suggest u take a look at the bb/str training section and check out the stickies first... and if u are serious in losing fat, google cyclic ketogenic diet.. and ur gona have to lift heavier weights and do cardio.
2 general keys to losing fat would be
1 - eating less calories than your required daily calorie intake (google required daily calorie intake calculator)
2 - building more muscles to gain more muscle mass as muscle helps burn 80% or more of the fat from our body even when we are sleeping. beats whatever your cardio can do in the longer run, unless u run everywhere you go and nonstop.
