Question about using hdmi, RGB, Source or something else?

I just bought a new mon and I'm wondering which one should I choose now that I'm using HDMI? Auto, source, RGB or the other two jumbled letters?

I chose source for now as in based on the game or movie. Is auto better because I can't tell the difference?
