From the booking chart I can see that 80% of the residential units has been taken up, only left with some corner lots. Starting from RM500K, 600SQFT (~RM833 per s.f)
While shoplots consists of 2 floors, ground & 1st floor.
For a 600++ sf shop lots is asking for RM7xxk, while for about the same size on ground floor is RM1.3mil+
Completion : 2015
Can see the construction work is being carried out from opposite Casa Tropicana.
