You might get more vignetting and color fringe however it is the cheapest solution

nope.. there will be bad CAs, unacceptable (to me) image softening, and vignetting..

Those wide angle converters all bluff ppl 1. By the time u crop out the horrible vignetting, u end up with the same focal length as ur lens was meant to be. laugh.gif

my not ultra wide angle

Yes, the Tamron 10-24mm F3.5-4.5 is good. I love the range and aperture.
