Setting/hosting free forum is easy.
But if u want to go alittle indepth to hosting the forum frm your own pc will be an entirely different story.
Though hosting ur own site with streamyx is free, but u'll have to turn your pc on 24hrs XD
Though this can be resolved easily on how u manage the traffic and operation time ^.^

I enjoy lookin into other gurus who built their own forum using their own customized php template(Most free sites doesnt allowed) and amazin of all... on their own pc.
Esp.. some linkmembers kill or devotion towards the entire ls which looks like somesort of digital panel widget.
Though i doubt only very rare community will ever do that.

Let me put a wildguess into the ETA XD.

Let's say sanzo using Import logistics through some connection from a supplier in sg.
Amazon delivers within EU takes 2-3 days.
22---(2-3days)---->(24-25 to the exporters firm add)
24-25---(2-4days)------>(26-29 might be routed to a supplier in sg)
27-29---(2days)-------->(29-1october Routed to malaysia)(In between if custom kacau u might see a delay)
There you go = 29th of september- 1st of october.(If nothing went wrong)(This is reached only so= 2nd of october which is saturday)

*U'll probably have to swear at SE for not lookin into SEA as a potential market but only caring about the western region more then Asian country*

Yea i had a feeling is 27th. NA copies wouold probably arrived earlier then any other ones if u order directly frm USamazon.

I think the region lock thing isnt very important. It'll only be important for peeps who gets to buy any expansion or anything with free ingame items code infuture.
Don't frighten the folks in here who wanted to try ffonline for the first time.
Billing wise only the 3d secure and visa verified. But i doubt it's that terrible because se did mentioned that they will abandon Playonline.

I have troubles renewing my subscription with playonline before in the past. Though i waited a day or 2 and renew it during off peak time, it went smoothly. I believe it's playonline that's screwing everything up.

Well i'm one of the dude.
Time shud be around 6-8pm our time or probably the whole day till 11pm.
What i did was resubmit my info on the next day and it went in. Roughly around 4-5AM morning.

But as i say, don't rekey too much time if not it'll like somesort of barred u for a day.

As i said i need to reconfirm these with it untill i get my rig. There are a couple of complains in the FFXI thread regarding debit but none had stated anything about pbe's visa debit / master debit.
Hopefully there's nothing wrong so that it wont cause too much hassle for ff14.

Although in UO u're given a limited of up to 7 skills to achieve Grandmaster.

U are also given a limited stat pnts(Can't remember from there.. too long). U can't max all stats which is quite logical.

I guess many complained about the fuss of running back to city just to change into their respective job for different activities. That's y they removed it.

Though i'm still abit unclear about the a character's lvl.

But if these were to happen.. There gonna be a problem for player's inv lol.

I guess every1 are eager to explore abit. Nevertheless i'll joined in. Though I'm a slow pace player. /Grin

Teaming up isn't a problem. Most important is the exp and pt members limit.
I've been in multiple ls before run by NA folks. None of them worked well and dramas begin when we start distributing gears.

The dramas that happened were more amusing then a heated argument between 12yr old kids XD.

@Juine u've better be careful on this because they had somesort of kinship award going around in the linkshell.

Once i'm done i'll try FF11[NA] for the debit card thing.
