I realize those condo buildings façade which have been re-painted, looks refreshing and new regardless of what "happen" inside.
What do you mean 'what ''happen'' inside? mind to elaborate more?Would you buy a 20 year-old condo or apartment?, Take your pick!

of coz new is nice. but considering it's a building, anything less than 100yrs also ok to me as long as well-maintained.

People call it 'bubble'. |

QUOTE(cranx @ Jul 10 2010, 12:19 AM) some less than 20 years old condo already look quite run down. Shang Villa. (15 years?) Shang Villa is 15 years old already?. I could not find the history of this place though,,it is that run down?..I thinking of buying cheap unit here,,if available.. value could increase tremendously if the whole building gets a repaint, and a major clean up of the interiors. |
