how to get rid of BIG pimples FAST!?

HELP!!!
I am having a job interview tomorrow but i have this BIG RED pimple on my chin.. I had it 2 days ago..yesterday i saw the white head sufaced so i try to pop it.. but the hard center just wont come out! now it get a lot bigger and very very painful!!! any one can help me with this?? Pinch it out... As hard as possble... Eventhough veli pain... I know... Havin for 1 year plus... Pimples a lot...

but if i pinch it now wouldn't it be even redder?
well, i know i cant cure this overnight..i just need something to lessen the swelling and the redness...so it wont be so significant..anyone? |
