Hi, i'm thinking of trying one session at slimming centers. But am confused with so many different packages offered by different slimming centers. Besides Marie France (i don't like it as they can just simply quote me at RM8k!), i would like to explore any slimming center! Terimee, Slim World, London Weight Management, Mayfair.....any good recommendation?

I also heard the slimming program at Assata is quite good and the price is affordable. Any one tried before?

if you want to be slim, you go diet and exercise, anyone with half brain will know slimming centers can't slim you down.

I just delivered a bb not long ago. I did go for regular exercise and diet, but result is not very good.

seriously, save the money for your baby or go vacation, slimming centers doesn't work one.

I didn't have bad experience b4. But it's rather common sense.

Many of my frens also join slimming centers and none of them work. Why don't you consult nutritionist and doctor ask them does slimming centers work?

I believe slimming center does help a bit, but we still need to control our diet very much. So at the end of the day, it still depends on ourselves.

do u breastfeed your bb? If yes, breastfeeding will really help u to slim down. Btw, how much weight gain for ur pregnancy?

FYI, the 1st 6 months is the golden time for you to slim down after delivered the bb. Otherwise, you will found hard to slim down after this period.

I had tried the free trial at 3 slimming centers lately. Marie France, Bizzy Body and London Weight. I find that MF is more professional as they wont ask you to follow their diet straightly. Whereas the other 2 will give you a menu to follow everyday! Price actually not much different if you compare the treatment they give......London Weight is more like direct selling concept, keep pushing you to sign until you want to escape from their consultantion room

Don't go Dorra Sliiming at Mid Valley, they very hard sell and push you to buy their products.
