I know it is CLEO, and it is a woman's magazine.

My question is how can that magazine do that to her?

i feel sorry for her,it aint right to strip the winner like that but i do think the cleo management have their own reason,maybe they want to avoid unconvinient situation later..But if the t&c of the contest doesnt that state that disabled person cant enter,then cleo is clearly wrong..

Obviously there was a breach in the terms & conditions of the competition... Either from her part or the Cleo's part...

From Cleo's part, maybe because the "Bachelor" requested an able person or perhaps they intend to use True Fitness as they could be a sponsor for the competition...

Cleo have performed a discriminative act... Whether they were forced or not, nobody knows... This is where Cleo failed... They should have called and provide a valid reason... If there isn't any valid reason, that means from start itself, Cleo should have mentioned about the condition of the person... Anyways, its still a discriminative act... lol!

I doubt the T&C specifies that disabled cannot join, i mean i never seen such condition in any contest before
