start slowly... I'm also asthma...

What I did was, slowly start taking milk & do jogging... the problem with asthma is that, it works based on sudden change of environment or routines...

jogging like 20 minutes, once a week, then slowly increase the time la... lol!

at first when drink.. always get... but slowly i drink, time by time get more often drinking milk and cold drinks, now i can drink anything already... lol!

but still must control...

then i started jogging... at first oso kena... but do a few times, the thing reduces... lol!
