Lol casa and cascades same range??? You could be right but one is right next to a Grade A office building with grade A commercial shops below while one is an extremely old building with an upcoming Cascades like concept Tropicana Avenue (which will take away most if not all Casa tenants). Casa has no room for appreciation ady because of its age. You should be more worried abt yr old developent haha..

I have seen casa standard and mind u.. it's so damn bad compared to cascades.

And yes u r right abt the noise from highway. This i totally agree. The vehicle noise definitely can't escape for some units.

Casa existing tenants will face further pressure from tropicana avenue and lumi tropicana. Good luck old development which still wants to put itself on par with much newer development with better ammenities and facilities.

Always remember this. Don't think of what u personally thought abt yr own investment because u have vested interest in it. Pls do see it from a macro level where what the mass market thinks abt it.

Bottom line, KD is going cray cray with their developments.

Owner asking price is ridiculous so above prices are down to earth price which can be transactable.
