Getting Started

anyone here know where can i buy digital Body Analysis Scale that can measure body weight, body fat, body water, body muscle mass. i saw it in cosway selling at RM79 but all cosway shop telling that out of stock and i been waiting for more than 3 weeks also no stock yet. anyone know i can get same kind of machine with budget lower than RM 150 ? tks a lots....

The reading's are rather inaccurate and fluctuate greatly depending on your water consumption. Even taking a glass of water prior to a measurement could change the measurement drastically.
I would recommend the fat calliper instead. It's hard to find the right spot to pinch but in time you'll get better and better and your readings would be rather consistent and accurate.

Bro, you are losing weight right and trying to track your record from time to time right?
Unless you willing to spend on such devices which gonna help you on the short run, I would just strongly advice you just to ignore that device and just undergo a healthy lifestyle. Eat healthily, exercise regularly. Jog, swim, cycle, hiking are all cardio exercise which will burn your fats. HIIT is proven to be the best method in losing fat. You won't see great results in a week or two. Just maintain healthy lifestyle for a month and you can see some difference in your weight and physique.
