Bro, no reason why dont want to refund money. i didnt receive the item and i believe that the item sold higher price than what dealt before. FFK-ed.

bro bring his photo and all the info to the press people, let his photo appear in every newspaper. Every newspaper there was a complaint section and will advertise it FOC for you. If not you can go to MCA or DAP to help you in this case. This also will force the police to catch this CON man very fast.... Since this con man want to challenged you to the court dont worry you just go apply for tribunal court pay the borang i think around RM10 and his wishes has been granded. Good luck
