hi, i recently had upgraded:

AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Quad Core AM3 3.2Ghz 8Mb Hyper 212 plus dual fan
ASRock 890GX Extreme3 (AM3 Core Unlocker, AMD 890GX, DDR3, 3-Way CrossfireX)
TEAM ELITE Edition 2GB DDR3 1333Mhz Gaming RAM
ATI HD5770
XIGMATEK 500W 80Plus Power Supply

any1 have a same mainboard can teach me how to overclock/setting for this mainboard? manual overclock or auto overclock enable in bios safe?
just OC e5300 b4 to 3.4 without add any voltage. because this 2 mainboard bios setting a bit different.

Google's your friend.
Black Edition have unlocked multiplier and voltage. Some say the silicon's better too.
There are lots of way to OC. My version is to increase HTT until RAM's limit then the CPU's multi.
Of course you have watch out for the CPU-NB and HT speed. Put their multi a step down just to be safe. Usually they're safe at <2.2GHz on our climate + cheap air cooling.
I suggest you read about AMD/Intel's CPU architecture first before asking more. You learn more by understanding than asking.

people usually use manual overclock. auto overclock should be safe, but i think it won't push so extreme lo.
intel and amd cpu are different architecture, so bios setting will be a bit diffferent. biggrin.gif
