Hey guys, question, do u think the D90 will be still around by December with the price either dropping or remaining the same as 3.3k now? planning to buy it coz now i only managed to save up about RM2k. And i dun feel like buying just the body with some erm...50mm f/1.8 lens. (rm380?) which would cost to a total of about rm 2.9k ? Lol. want to get the VR 12-105mm lens. Advice plz.. THX

QUOTE(kenji_britney @ Jul 16 2010, 02:56 PM) Lol...that i know. Haha... but i'm just asking ur opinion on wheather i should get the D90 body incase price jack up or production stops or somethingQUOTE(marsupilami @ Jul 16 2010, 02:58 PM) erm...nope. Such a tiny lens not beautiful on such a big camera for 24/7. QUOTE(celciuz @ Jul 16 2010, 03:07 PM) Nooo...dun get me wrong. That lens is a beauti and one of my must have in my list. Cheap and fantastic performance. But as i said earlier, is it a good idea buying the body first and building up my lens collection starting from there incase the D90 body disappears from the market or price increase or something. |

QUOTE(zellleonhart @ Jul 16 2010, 08:28 PM) It will be released latest by this year but it will be around the price of D90 being released, about 3.2k for body and 4.3k for kit. For 3.3k you can get a brand new D90 now, so it's about 900~1k difference. It's not wrong getting D90 now, like me I just got it 2 months ago. D90 replacement might have higher megapixels, more AF points, better video recording. But most likely still DX series for us poor bimbos to play with... QUOTE(zellleonhart @ Jul 16 2010, 09:59 PM) I bought few times in Digitalsmania Pudu plaza, price quite reasonable and good services... For best price many ppl suggest J-One at amcorp mall, PJ. Or boeing sg wang. Lol... or maybe just wait for the Nikon D90S/D900/DXXX/D(insert number here) to come la. Hopefully the price would be around rm 3.9k - rm4.2k like the D90 when it first releases. *rub hands in glee*Before you go any shop better call them up and ask for stock availability cuz sometimes they don't have stock. |
