oh yeah one question. the iTTL is basically pretty redundant if you bounce the flash right?

QUOTE(freddy manson @ Jul 15 2010, 07:16 AM) Yes SB900 is the best do far but u can opt for Nissin Di866 which is the same range of power (a bit more powerful) and function.. Support SU-4 for both manual and iTTL mode.. Price range is around SB600's which is RM850-950 how does the flash know the distance of the wall it's bouncing from? And iTTL CAN be use when bouncing.. It'll measure the distance to the ceiling/wall u're bouncing onto.. And set the appropriate power.. The KEY is bouncing to the right spot So point ur flash head to the right spot and let the flash do its job |

i get confused on how to use the flashgun @.@
celciuz, do you set your flash to TTL or do you use manual? i find manual gives me more control but needs a lot of test shots. the model will get annoyed at me by the time i get the right exposure. thn later all my pics all muka garang >< hahaha. |

QUOTE(celciuz @ Jul 19 2010, 12:10 AM) What else, direct flash! LOL, I used direct flash last weekend while covering an outdoor event at night. ISO1600 ~ 3200 direct flash. No choice :S. haha yeah, that's what i did :S and sometimes i tried pointing my flash a bit off just so it wouldn't be too strong. so i had one hand on the trigger and the other on my flash head. hahaha. |

hey guys, wanna ask, is the D90 able to use a full manual lens? i dnt care about the metering and using the camera on manual. will it work? or will it show the error thing like when we change the aperture manually on the 50mm f/1.8 D?
