How to get maximum sharpness from 50mm f1.4? Btw, didn't know that 50 f1.4 ais is better than my afg

Bought Demb Flip-it recently, but haven't got a chance to use it yet. Hurm to use my Nissin Di622 as a fill with DFD, set it at the lowest power?
