So, to summarize, the main problem with LEDs is the fact that they emit primarily blue wavelengths and lack the counterbalancing healing and regenerative near-infrared frequencies. They have very little red in them, and no infrared, which is the wavelength required for repair and regeneration.

When you use these aggressive lower frequencies — blue light — it creates ROS that, when generated in excess, causes damage [to your eyes]. So when using LEDs, you end up with increased damage and decreased repair and regeneration.

Guess what, at one point I even thinking about tinting my LED lights using 3M window film, but not sure if the window film can help blocking infrared and UV lights from the LED.
I do know that the brightness of the light will be reduced with the use of windows film.
So far I have chosen 4000k colour temperature LED lights as my house ambient light, and 6500k as task lights in specific areas.

Anyone knows where to get this type of lamp? Looks like a wire ball, prefer white or light brown colour.

higher value = better?
*
Yes, higher lm/W indicates the light operates more efficiently in terms of electricity to brightness.
These database is from ST, during I post processing the database, I do found out that there are quite some typing errors here and there.
Therefore some of the value might have error as well.
I recommend to cross check with manufacturer spec to double confirm the lm/W value if there is any.

You mean Philips MASTER LED T8 tube?
This tube is mainly for commercial/industry/factory use, normal retail rarely carry this LED tube.
You still can buy but a bit hard, and this kind of LED tube not cheap also.
