dear forumers,

anyone seen this type of pendant before ?

Attached Image

I found ten-gro selling something similar which I really like .. in sets of six and purple in colour.

however they are out of stock .. there are green colour available but not really nice

I tried searching in other shops near that area but was not able to find something similar..

If anyone knows where I can purchase this, please let me know.

Just trying my luck in case anyone while shopping around spotted these before.

thanks

Hi,

I have a question regarding T5 as I got a quotation from contractor for each t5 point.

example lets say 10 T5 light - Price per point times 10

Seems to me from post above T5 only need 2 light point ?

I wonder maybe if I was conned by this contractor.

Please help to verify.

thanks

My contractor only charge me 1 light point price even multiple T5 are connected per switch, he just connect all the 8 units of T5 using the cable I supply. (Male and female)

Bro waikee thx for the tip .. I took the option of getting from them as I wasn't sure how much t5 was needed plus I think the overall cost would be cheaper - minus the fact that they are charging me * 10 light points sad.gif

without the T5 would be 55 per point if not mistaken .. I wanted to ask the brand their using but always forgot sad.gif

Btw LDP - I found a good quality round downlight.. made by panasonic.. build quality I think is way better than what I normally see .. with champagne reflector ..

Found it in a shop at puchong .. the only drawback it is on the expensive side.

I bought some in small quantity to test because I really liked it .. If anyone knows where I can find this at a more reasonable price would be great.

just search for Cree.

They have few model of downlight. The most famous model is cr6 with 576lumens, 10.5w. Consider very bright compare the same class. this model not selling in others country. And only In 120v. Those 240v selling in Hk and aus are overprice.

Just order 1 from us.

Hi Ozak,

so how are you planning to install the 120v here ?

Will use some sort of convertor ? I think it wouldn't work without somekind of modification right?

I tried contacting cree sales rep and even their CEO (Chuck_Swoboda-at-crxx) last time and it seems that they don't have plans for a 220v version.

they only have lr6 which is on the expensive side..

at least cr6 is a bit reasonable especially the rebadge homedepot

If they offered the cr6 in 220v version at a similar price, I would have bought a few ..

hopefully they would change their minds for our market if there's a lot of demand ..
