That's fast, guess I am unlucky, my first standard shipping from Amazon UK was shipped about 4 weeks ago and still no sign of it doh.gif

Anyway to check with the post office on my package or just claim from Amazon UK later?

that was how I contacted Amazon UK when my package did not arrive on the estimated date. Then they replied me with an e-mail and ask me to use the link in the e-mail to notify them if the package still hasn't arrive by Sept 8.

Been to kettam office before as well, but that's coz my package was held there, so just bring the letter they sent to me and go there.

The form is actually optional lol, I been there a few times and they never ask me to fill up the form biggrin.gif, but yeah need to go a few counters, show them what's in the package, then officer check see need to tax or not, if need then pay tax.

There are times they held your package even though not taxable, waste time go there collect only.

I take bus haha, the one going to LCCT, RM18 two way biggrin.gif, but still quite a waste of time when your stuff is not even taxable, sometimes the officer also shakes head why the package is held even though not taxable haha
