^yep, well there's only so much they can fit into 10 episodes

So alot of the 'details' in the books aren't included. IMO, its fun to watch and think 'oh yeahhh, that was in the book', etc

Yup, its the first paperback printing I believe. There'll be a reprint/reissue in July I think, with a possible chapter/prologue from the next book. Most likely different artwork as well.

It didn't 'air' on tv exactly. HBO has an online service in some countries where you can stream new episodes online. They've done it with their other shows in the past also, like True Blood, etc.
