Hi guys, recently I've found a plot of land, which I'm interested to build a warehouse / factory. Given that area itself is an industrial area, I think that plot of land is a commercial land, in which I can build a factory on it.

The thing is that I need to find out who's the owner of that piece of land. The other thing which I suspect is that piece of land belongs to the state government. Is there anyway to find out the real owner of the land? If state government owned the land, anyone knows any proper procedures to apply for lease / purchase of that piece of land?
