Many of this drivers, the moments they see cars infront want to change lane, they step on their accelators instead of brake to slow down, they spend more time flashing at people in front then use the brake.

These people never thinks the other way round, if you want to change lane but forever people got honking/flasing despite good clearance distance ? how ? until no cars first on road in kl?
