You must differentiate between a road hogger and someone who is already in the process of overtaking before concluding what you want to do if you are in a faster car coming from the rear. Yes, there are some moronic drivers out there who will hog the right lane like it's a Sunday drive. Can't say much about these drivers except that they are..err moronic. Those that also gets on your nerves are the ones who drives slower than a caterpillar but hogging the middle lane of a 3 lane highway. For goodness sake, can't you see those caterpillar are overtaking you from the left? Is it in the highway code that left lanes are only for lorries/heavy vehicles??
