from my experience, the 1650pz is not an ideal lens for macro.. u can try stand behind a bit and zoom in... hence, u might loss DOF when u zoom in...
30mm macro is great for its price... however, the AF speed is a lil but sluggish and it is not an ideal length to macro bugs or something is moving... (ants still can la, bugs which able to fly might shock u away...)
50mm E-mount is sharp but try to avoid for macro... very hard to focus when u move your camera close up to the object... it is the lense construction that caused it...
