I will be at attending the gathering too. By the way, i can volunteer to pick up at kota kemuning, subang jaya and sunway.

What time is the gathering?

- 17 july is the gathering.
-activities is yamcha follow by movie
-Total headcount is 15

my suggestion would be:


we meet about 4pm at 1U/MV/Tropicalcity/whatever

Since its 15 people, we divide into 2 groups, after 1 hour of chatting or so, reshuffle the groups, for example the guys/girls from group 1 will go to group 2 vice-versa.

after about 2 hours or so, can follow by dinner.


After dinner we could go for movie as plan. As the group is large, getting the ticket could be a problem. It is either we purchase earlier or we split into 2-3 groups and buy on the spot. Then each group can decide the movie they want to watch. The easier approached is to let the organizer decide on the movie and buy the ticket early. Sometimes its hard to follow everyone's choices.


After movie, we then decide what to do next.

Why you girls say like the guys are hungry wolves?

I think is about rm20-30 range for the sunway steamboat.

Having steamboat is another option.

But i think, there are few things we need to confirm first.

1. How many people confirm to yamcha
2. How many people is confirm to have dinner together
3. How many people is confirm to watch movie

After confirming who is going who is not, find out the below:

1. Time and place to yamcha ( optional)
2. Time and place for dinner ( optional )
3. Time and place for movie

As i said before, organizing large group is not easy. Get their opinion and follow the majority or give them limited choices to follow.

Those in the confirmation list above agreed to the following events:

1. Can meet between 4pm - 12am ( worst case scenario ) on the 17th July Saturday
2. Can go for yamcha or dinner all both ( estimate time 4pm - 6.30pm )
3. Can go for movie ( estimate time 7pm or maybe later at night)


Also instead of her asking each and everyone of you ( phone calls and sms are expensive ). Please tell Kayc, how long can you stay in the gathering and activities that you want to join ( yamcha, dinner and movie only )


Please note that you could join selected activity or all of it.

But please let Kayc know ASAP if the above is not true or if you only want to attend selected activity. Thanks alot

I suggest uploading the pictures into public servers and send us the link and password for the zip file. The pictures are only for participants of the gathering.

2 methods,
1st Zip the file and set a password before uploading
2nd, upload the file and use the public server password control security




I think most will agreed with me that the pictures posted here must not show the face

the photos are strictly only for the participants of 2nd gathering.

The only way to access it is to come on the 3rd gathering
