Anyone know which centre allow customer direct port in and get iphone4 now?... Susah to go to Quill Event

Yahoo~ collect my iPhone 4 32gb at times square at 1pm.. No need take number . I just find back the cs that served me yesterday ( port in ). The digi services quite good as I just port in around 6pm yesterday but today morning 9am already success port in! Lucky ... When I go back to times square at 3pm , 32gb already out of stock !
