quite messy there as many of the digi people is new people. so when something happen during processing, they get scare and have to wait until their supervisor come and help them.

gotten my number at 1028.... so starting 10am... have to wait till 12:30pm, then only completed.
quite messy there as many of the digi people is new people. so when something happen during processing, they get scare and have to wait until their supervisor come and help them. glad gotten 32GB for it |

just for summary for those who curious. here the steps how the process there in Quill BMW showroom.
1. The queue ticket - start to take around 7am onward. 2. Once taken the queue, proceed to the counter information. Make sure you do the following... - fill in the registration form - can be new sign up customer, port the number and etc. - if plan to Auto Bill payment, get another form and fill it in. - please bring your own pen for convenience. 3. wait for the queue. counter 1 to 8 is to process your application, checking your name and etc. - if you want to trade in your phone, please make sure to pass to them on the counter. they will write some words on the form itself. 4. then wait for your queue to be call to payment. either credit card or cash. (counter 9 to 15 or 16) - you will be given another form to fill in - to indicate which phone and plan you want. 5. then wait for your queue again. this round will be mainly to check the overall status. (15 to 22) - e.g. if new customer, they will ask you to select a predefine digi no. so when you select, you will be give a digi sim card. - for those who want to claim free casing, please print the email or the digi website where it show the big picture of ip4 with free casing. make sure you get it there. - only applicable for 1st 100 customer. 6. once everything process, then you will wait for your queue. when called, go to counter 30 and collect your phone. they will help you to activate your phone. please standby your credit card (if make payment by CC) and your IC. then enjoy your iphone 4. there is 2 shops there, where one is selling all accessories such as ipod speaker (dock type), casing, and etc. another shop is selling the clear and anti-fingerprint - for front and back. so they will help you to install it. as for parking, you can park at Quill BMW parking area - is FOC for Digi customer. Otherwise you park at the open car park beside it - pay RM4. hope these info suit you guys |

we cant claim free case from apple singapore store. not allowed.
@wen9x88 - yes you can but have to go early. i see ppl starting to queue at 7am. so go there get the ticket 1st and then you can go nearby for breakfast. |
