If you gonna port-in to Digi make sure you do not have any supplementary line with Maxis. This is what happen to me yesterday, I requested for cancellation of my supplementary line some two weeks ago but ended up they could only suspend the line and any cancellation will take effect three months from the suspension.

Ended up I cannot port in my main line to Digi. Took a new number instead.
