i mean is there anywhere to check our "unbilled $$" from time to time?? to avoid exceeding my package??
cos i'm abit worry on my sms limit.
ohh just voice out my problem on d 1st day i registered for iphone 3gs rm60 package (for ur guy perusal) :-
i changed from Normal Digi registered line to Iphone RM60 package on sunday (1-2pm). So d customer service guy told me i need to wait for 1-2 days to get a new acc (to able to use back d same digi number)
but by 5pm, got d call from them, stated my new acc is ready.
So i immediately did d paperwork & got d iphone & line.
After 2 weeks..got my old & new acc billing.. almost shock seeing my Old acc show RM160 internet charges. d time & date is d exact time after i got my iphone. (roughly 1 hr i did try to online & check some web..but totally no downloading)
QUestion d customer service via phone..then telling me is my fault cos i suppose to wait for 24hrs only later i can use my iphone.
I complained stated tat no one told me anything about tis...beside tat i need to charge d battery for min 8hrs b4 i can use it.
luckily w/o much debate..after 48 hrs..d digi waived d RM160 for me.
