Hi, I've set the apn to diginet, enabled 3G, but I still can't surf the internet. Anyone know why?

Anyone know why my iPhone 3G can't use internet with 3G and EDGE? It's the problem with my phone or DiGi?

Yea, Jailbroken, and it is prepaid... Last time I can surf, after upgrading to iOS4.0, I can't surf the net anymore using 3G/EDGE/GPRS
