I am using a Digi Sub line plan 30 now. If i would like to get the iphone 4 and change to iDigi plan, what do i need to bring over to the counter? Just the photocopy ic of the Main line? Or she need to go there in person as well?

Hi, just now at the Digital Mall Sec 14, not many ppl there. I ask the CS about changing my phone line(Sup line) into main line so that i can used by my phone no. to sign up digi iphone4 plan. But the officer told me i need to change the line at Digi service centre and it takes 3 month for the process. His advise is for me to get a new phone no.
Is it true? I cant used back my existing sub line phone no? The main line is under my wife name

Thanks for the info. If the main line is under my wife's name, does she needs to be there in person inorder to change my sub line? Or I can go there by myself with the photocopy of her IC?

Just back from Solaris Digi Centre. Terminate my sup line and convert into iDigi main line with the authorised letter and main line owner's photocopy IC. Now with my iphone4 32G black. Wait 30 mins there and the registration took about 20 mins.
