1. I am MNP customer, do I get iPhone 4 immediately in Quill event?
- If you are paying cash or credit card, you can get your iPhone on the spot. Please note that DiGi does not guarantee that the MNP will be successful eventhough you have paid for device.

- For EPP, you can’t get the iPhone on the spot. Here’s the process:
o Walk in to any iPhone Store, request for MNP port in
o Sign on RA, a new SIM, walk-out from outlet
o Once the donor telco is deactivated, walk in again to the same DC/DSS (where you did the  port-in) within 7days
o Confirm the iDiGi call plan and phone model
o Process payment (advance + phone)
o Get receipt and the activated iPhone – done!

2. I am MNP customer and willing to make 24months advance payment with EPP (at Quill), why can’t I get iPhone 4 on the spot?
We do not guarantee that the MNP will be successful. In the event that the port-in is unsuccessful, there’s no refund for your 24 months advance payment. To avoid all these hassle, we suggest you to walk-in to any of our iPhone centre and follow the below processes. You will still get your iPhone 4 after successful port-in.
