All you need to convert to digi postpaid plan, then you are ligible to buy the iphone 4 on the spot with 24 month contract plan.

Postpaid is tire it up with contract,
for the maxis prepaid plan, you should always check with the maxis website for more information since it is not yet update.

sorry what i meant is can i port in my old maxis number to my new idigi? but i already got new number from digi.

Terminal your contract with the new idigi postpaid.
MNP your maxis number to digi and signup again with the iphone 4 plus the plan.
You can sell your iphone 4 to your friend since you have both iphone 4 in your hand.

wow...i just sign up yesterday, can i terminate today and MNP my maxis number to idigi again? fyi, i'm not using iphone for my maxis plan.

If you are on contact with option 1, you can terminate it with penalty RM400
You can MNP your maxis number and signup again with the iphone 4 plus idigi plan.
