Maybe you should try at digi center,

Hey, i have registered with Digi Iphone 4 and decided to switch from Maxis to Digi. However, the guy told me tht to complete the procedure from switching maxis to digi, it's taking about 24 hours.

So, my question is Is it true they will gao dim within 24 hours?

Because some of my friend told me, they use more than 4 days to settle...

Anyone experienced this before?

dont worry friend, i think them never forget u to activated coz why if them forget u,but u never forget them to activated.

I passed by Quil around 5 pm ,less ppl ..think no more stock there.a crazy shopping blood happen today..

Not because of stock problem but their ticketing system is out of sorts and they cant work at 100% effiiciency!

hi guys, just wanna ask .Will the 100 free cases be restocked tmr or totally gone. :S

The stock ran out but around 5.30pm, was restocked. I know because I was there from 4pm till 6pm, and I got my iPhone 4 32GB.

Added on September 25, 2010, 7:31 pmI would like to add that DiGi DOES NOT sell the iPhone 4 OUTRIGHT. They would only sell the iPhone 4 outright with discount of RM300 to current iDiGi plan subscriber (meaning owners of iPhone 3Gs) in November 2010.

Also, supplementary lines CANNOT subscribe to iDiGi plans or buy an iPhone (whatever iPhone) from DiGi.

yes the ticketing system is suck.
my number is 1163 but managed to get it done by 2pm

they are not organized at all. good lesson learnt for Digi

if MNP can get the iphone immediately?
coz my frd try in Pandan Indah DIGI store.
They say, only can get the i4 if u successfully ported
so need to go 2 times.

MNP will get ip4 straight if they do it in quill only....other places have to wait until phone is successfully ported over....

if we trade in any phone even expensive smart phone on the carnival, they only take it for rm100?

alamak, How long is the queue ? I might be going down to Quill..... too bad
do i have to wait maxis 6hrs to get the phone ?

Tomorrow will go down to Pj, anyone know any store selling Ip4 arnd that area???? My friends are looking for IP4

Hi everyone.. i just back from Quill..i take my number at 930am and get my IP4 at 520.. Fully crowded almost 1000 people there (some of them bring their family,friends and awek).. DIGI only give 400 queue number today due to the space is very congested..actually they want to give at max number they can but due to space limitation, they decide to not provide anymore number.. i am Celcom Postpaid user, MNP to DIGI and got my IP4 immediately
..


The dont have enough counter but they have many stocks!!
8 Pre - Registration counter
21 Payment Counter
8 IP4 collection counter

i think they will provide more counter tomorrow since everyone complained about this..

What do you guys need to do before MNP?

+ make sure pay all the outstanding bill (bring along the receipt) and also make sure all your supplement also no outstanding bill.
+ make sure be there before 830!!!!...
+ Bring along Food, laptop - because you need it!!! anyway Free wifi over there

8 hrs recommended..

was at the Quill 8am.. take no.1032.. 1030 get to iGet counter and wait for nearly 2 hrs @iChill. cannot tahan then go to complain and they serve me immediately..summore dare to say free case is finished (but i was assure by the fella who gave the number to the early birds like us that the no. is the guarantee we're the first 100 customer). complain again (see their manager) and managed to get the free case (last few summore.. duno how many spare they kept). everything was done around 1230pm!!!!

my iphone 4 comes with 4.0.2 firmware.. what about yours ?

yes, but i got it down within the same day.at solaris. the iphone is with me now. woohoo.. bravo to the staff there "IMRAN"..great services.

Guess those of us who braved today's Digi Quill Carnival suffer as early adopters. Hopefully the team will debrief properly and figure out the queue system.

While it was annoying to have to stand for 7 hours and watch as the newbie staff got bullied into letting people jump queue, it wasn't too bad. As somebody who has tasted FUBAR sauce, I sympathize for them.

4 hours is nothing compared other telco 8-10 hours. Beside that u can go another outlet maa. But since you want rebate or maybe want immediately get iphone after porting, well it is your choice.
