If ur just going to oc using multi i think u can just change the ram divider in the bios, like my mobo has 800, 1066, 1333 & 1600 ram dividers smile.gif
Giga may have the same too smile.gif
*
Waaa I didn't know on V6 campaign. Good info but it's limited to first 80 customers.
SSD is only value series SSD.

Added on August 4, 2010, 10:53 pmThank you for guide on ram setting. I hope I can get it done.

Use a combo of multi & ht lah, coz from my experience if u oc only using multi, when u change the multi above 18x usually CnQ would just stop working or went a bit haywire..  rclxub.gif
Yes u can leave it on, our pc would not be using all that speed 24/7, so might as well save some karan for mother earth tongue.gif
*
bro, I am noob in oc so i got a black chip.
Since CnQ wont work, so I may as well off it. nod.gif
Thank you.

Meh mobo cannot function doh.gif

Once overclock CNQ will not functioning doh.gif

CnQ was functioning well. I prefer it to be off, it is slightly faster in response.

izzit stable mate?
*
Yup it's stable as there is no oc on ram and other components.
I see some others are going higher to 4.2Ghz for 24/7 use.

Screen shot on temperature after one night. It's still on stock cpu cooler as the WC kit has yet to arrive.

I have not done any as I am still using stock cooler. My WC kit would arrive tomorrow.
So far so good. No crash since last night.
4.1Ghz is moderate as there some others go to 4.5Ghz on air in xtremesystems.org

of course wont crash if there is no load doh.gif

Dengzzzz... ok. I would run Prime when WC kit is installed.
I was running prime for a while just now.
Temp went up to 59c. I got to stop it as AMD recommend temp below 62c for the chip.
I don't want to BBQ my chip now.

Btw, Alankc is running 1055T AT 4.15Ghz. 4.1Ghz should be okay for 1090T.

See...i told ya aledi biggrin.gif
1.5v for CPU-NB probably effect 2-3c increase in overall temp onie...(assuming CPU VID in stock volts)

last time when lazy, I just left the CPU clock to whatever frquency stable at stock VID (mine was just below 3.7ghz) juz pump CPU-NB voltage and push to 3000mhz stable with ram running at 1600 CL7....

PC felt snappier than 4.2Ghz 2600mhz CPU-NB.... brows.gif
*
Now it's running NB volt @ 1.32v (+0.02v) and NB vid @ 1.25v (+0.1v).
Yeah, it's snappier. biggrin.gif
