hi guys, i'm wanna to ask some question here... i'm using AMD Athlon X2 5000+ with Biostar TA785GE 128M...currently i'm already unlocked to Phenom FX-5000 without problem....but the highest overclocked this proc only 2.64Ghz @240Mhz*11 (higher than 240mhz increment will be failed to boot up) ...i saw may user can OC this proc at @3ghz...help me to guide to OC this proc...at least @ 2.8Ghz...i think it's will be HT & NB setting...please help guide me..thanks... this is my spec proc : AMD Athlon X2 5000+ unlocked to Phenom FX-5000 mobo : Biostar TA785GE 128M ram : corsair XMS2 PC6400 gpu : HD4850 PSU : Cooler Master Real Power Pro 750watt

ok..i'm limit my ram speed to 667mhz...my mobo didn't show the ram freq actually...

my NB only show 1.6Ghz only for maximum..same for HT link...

Added on September 25, 2010, 2:03 pmor u try to set d highest nb freq,then set ut htt lower little bit.. if i set multiplier x11...my NB still 1600Mhz..not impacted the NB freq yes..i already try to lower down HTT to 1600mhz>1400mhz>1200mhz>1000mhz>800Mhz and NB to 1600mhz..still no luck...  |

finally i'm can hit 3.0Ghz for my cheapo Athlon X2 5000+...last time i'm stuck at 2.6Ghz...actually my RAM can go too much..after replace with performance RAM..it's can be go more than 3.3Ghz but i'm not really go to much and worried about temp due to i'm just using Cooler Master HTX3 only...
