it takes more than 1.35v for a decent chip to achieve 4GHz unless ya chip is a 95watter. my fren managed a 4.0GHz w/ 1.44v...

Why everest showed different temperature between CPU and CPU #1, #2 etc??

NB speed i keep it close to 2000Mhz,i tried to set the Vdimm to 1.65v before but it failed too.  I also increase the CPU-NB by +0.1-0.2V also crash.
