AMD Reveals Competitive Fusion APU TDPs: 9W for netbooks, 18W for notebook

After the ATI acquisition AMD announced it would be creating a new category of microprocessors that featured integrated ATI GPUs. AMD called these hybrid CPU/GPUs Accelerated Processing Units (APUs) and it branded the entire APU strategy: Fusion.

The first Fusion project we heard about was Llano for mainstream notebooks/desktops. Llano will integrate a 32nm derivative of the current Phenom II architecture with a relatively capable DirectX 11 AMD GPU. Llano isn't due out until sometime in 2011 so details are still light. However, AMD just released some details on its lower end Fusion APUs that will begin shipping in Q4 2010 (OEM system availability in Q1 2011).

well.. there are too much things for it to be rejected..rejected not mean unreal.. lol..din's know ah?
even HTT is not mobo factor eh?
i tot HTT will greatly affected by mobo..
and 450 is way too much... always see max-ing around 36X

and wait..how does he did.. 450mhz ram..what divider eh? ddr2  shakehead.gif  shakehead.gif  shocking.gif  shocking.gif

yes HTT greatly affected by the mobo but i think the cooler temperature makes it able to sustain high values(increase in NB volts..etc)

It looks very high to me..at leat..mine at 3.5Ghz only require 1.32V..
Even if batch problems at least should not >1.4v

Reduce it unless you want push it further..

You never know if you dont tried..why not try 1.35V first and see if its stable..

If you notice almost all AMD proc stock vCore around 1.3~.137V..
be it 2 core,3 core or 4 core or 6 core

Ensure that the PWM has proper cooling unless you want it send to Distri whistling.gif

Do take note that Heat also plays big factor in AMD processor..
