finally i'm can hit 3.0Ghz for my cheapo Athlon X2 5000+...last time i'm stuck at 2.6Ghz...actually my RAM can go too much..after replace with performance RAM..it's can be go more than 3.3Ghz but i'm not really go to much and worried about temp due to i'm just using Cooler Master HTX3 only...

yea, my ram also prevent me clock higher. you have nice chips there, 3ghz at 1.296v.

It looks very high to me..at leat..mine at 3.5Ghz only require 1.32V.. Even if batch problems at least should not >1.4v
Reduce it unless you want push it further..

You never know if you dont tried..why not try 1.35V first and see if its stable..
If you notice almost all AMD proc stock vCore around 1.3~.137V.. be it 2 core,3 core or 4 core or 6 core

@lat if u have a perfectly healthy 4th core, <1.4 is possible..if not.. that is ok also.. depends on the core.. i have a bad 555Be that only able to unlock 3core and need 1.42vcore to make it stable.. it depends on luck after all
and iinm, back then 720 not clocking so well..around 3.6ghz only.. i donno about newer batch..

using c4f yesterday..but oc ram until 4.0 wit ram freq 1960 cant booting,what problem a??

let me go back and see..i jus knw when my bus speed is 275,my dram is arn 1800++...but when i oc like u post ...bus 250,multiplier 14,dram 2000++ can boot up..
