Dear all, I'm having problem with my new house's autogate. This is an autogate which has 2 panels and it can be opened up to 90 degree (sorry dont know how to describe here.hope you guys understand ). My problem now is that when I use the remote control to open the gate, 1 of the panel of the door would stuck in the middle and now it can be opened to may be 30 degree only. This is because the tar road in front of the gate is somehow not even with my compound's ground.

My friend reckon me to pull off a small little metal box attached to the bottom of the panel door which leads to the reason why the it is stuck in between the tar road. Some reckon me to get a road contractor and ask them to even up the tar road. These 2 options create an issue to me because
1. I dont really know if that small little box attached to the bottom of that panel door can be really taken down. Would the panel becomes defect?
2. Get somebody to even the tar road seems to cost me few hundred bucks which i dont feel it is worth to pay at all.

so guys out there... I would be glad if you could lend me a hand by suggesting to me the better way to solve the problem.

u mean your gate stuck on the road? not really understand here...my autogate also having problem, can open a bit only..because the gear inside spoil..
If you can take a photo of it, surely a lot of brother here can help..

then better you try to level abit the TAR road...if not your auto gate wil get damage..more RM to repair it...
