I am new here. Looking around for condo/aparment around old klang road. Any good advice or recommendation?

Some basic information
-self stay
-looking at some capital appreciation or not too difficult to sell off in 3-5 years time.
-must not be too far from kl sentral.
-size not too big about 1000sq ft will do as I'm alone
-budget- suit the requirement
-neighbourhood,middle income family.
