If no, what medical document normally have?

Reason for asking: Friend asking if I am of a certain blood type, if yes, ask if I can donate.

Sorry, I am newb. Never donated blood before. And a deposit book for blood? doh.gif What the hell for?!

But on a more serious note, if I want to find info regarding my blood type, I just go to any hospital (say Pantai?) and get a blood test. So I can chicken out after the blood test and not donate blood?

I don't have to pay right? For the blood test I mean.
