Investment Is Bungaraya @ Saujana a good buy for own stay?

Knowing Bungaraya is bit old, but really like Saujana as it's a quiet neighborhood. The surrounding development such as Amaya, Serai prices are pretty steep. Anyone can share your respective opinion on it? Thanks

Hi there,
Have you gone to see units for sale there? Yes indeed the property is more than 10 years and doubting it will appreciate further since there are new condos like Saujana Serai and Amaya . Even i heard the Saujana Villa is threaten by the upcoming Amaya for they have many Japanese expatriates renting the premises there. |
