Problem: the dvd-reader/writer is having problem, sometimes can't read the discs, need repeat take out put in only can.
the laptop screen got problem, once u move a bit backward, the laptop shutdown and restart. But if hold still and not touching the screen, then things work great.

Have repair before or no ? : Yes, sent to dell and came back with such condition (the screen issue), and unfortunately can't send back as the warranty was gone by that time.
